I've been seeing this for a while now. Am I the only one or is this just something that we all experience and think nothing about it?
I see this once in a while, I found if I wait a little and then refresh it goes away.. So is it a timing issue??
No matter if and when I refresh I haven't see it not mentioning, yes I know a double negatieve, an error for weeks now.
I know, one shoujldn't be annoyed by it, it only being an RSS feed but..... if it wasn't for me checking the customerportal I wouldn't have known that SP3 is out.
Mine is broken as well. I'm using that one:
I did the same thing to find SP3. The feed should be fixed.
I guess this is the new normal ?
And yes, I don't get the RSS feed no matter if I use Firefox or IE.
Do I need the feed? No, but it just rubs me the wrong way to see something broken that doesn't get fixed.
It just gives me flashbacks to the GeoCities days.
It isn't just me, that much we have established and it's still not fixed.
So who do we contact to get this addressed ?
@Jim Wilkinson , can you shed any light on why the RSS doesn't work for some or at least notify the 'administrator' that there seem to be an issue with it?
I also see that it is broken. I believe Rachel York is now in charge of the forum that Richard is no longer at SOLIDWORKS. Perhaps she can look into it, or let us know to whom's attention such things should be directed.
Any word about how and when the RSS feed will work again? It's been down as far as I can tell for 3 months now.
It hasn't shown me anything in whatever browser I try at all for the last few months.
If neither of you can do something about it you'll at least know who could follow up on it.
It was only because I went looking for it that I found out that SW2019 SP4 EV has been out for 2 weeks already.
Something that no doubt would otherwise be communicated with the community at large by means of the RSS feed.
If it wasn't for me checking the customerportal I would never know when an SP is out.
Thanks in advance.
